About Us

We noticed a problem within our profession. It appears that if you are a professional in your chosen field, then you are equipped to teach in higher education. This is far from the truth. Teaching is an art. It is not easy, and it is not something that a person intuitively knows how to do. There also seems to be a lack of collaboration within the field. Instructors in the field of higher education tend to work in silos. Collaboration is important to grow as a professional, regardless of the field you work in. With this in mind, we seek to help guide new professionals in the field, and we hope to collaborate with seasoned professionals in the field, sharing practical advice and tips that we have learned along the way.
